Springhouse's Scheduling Polices for Public, Private, and Springhouse
CONNECT Classes
In the event a student or organization must make a change to a scheduled
training event, the student or organization must notify the Registration
Department (or your Account Manager) by calling 610.321.2090
or emailing registration@springhouse.com. A
Springhouse Associate will work with you to discuss options for rescheduling and
to make any necessary adjustments.
Reschedule, Cancellation and No-Show Policies
All changes to a scheduled training event should be made more than 10
business days from the class start date. Any cancellations received within 10
business days of the class start date will be charged the full amount of the
invoice plus course-related fees, including courseware shipments, development
and setup costs. However, students are eligible to attend the same class at a
later date at no additional charge, and organizations are eligible to reschedule
the same private event at a later date, based on availability, using our Make-Up
Scheduling policy.
Students who do not attend class and do not provide any advanced notice will
be charged in full for all course-related class fees. Paid-in-full no shows are
eligible to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge using
our Make-Up Scheduling policy.
Substitution Policies
If a student is unable to attend a class for which he is registered, a
substitute may attend that class (same date and location) at no additional
charge. Substitutions are welcome, provided the substitute meets all course
prerequisites.
Make-Up Scheduling Policies
If a student is unable to attend a previously scheduled class that has been
paid, the student may attend the same class at a later date for no additional
charge. An organization may reschedule a previously planned, private event that
has been paid, based on availability. The standard cancellation policy applies
to both situations. If a class or private event is rescheduled more than two
times, then Springhouse has the right to forfeit prepaid funds. No-shows will
automatically forfeit their course fees.
Retake Policies
Upon payment, a student is eligible to retake any open-enrollment course
previously taken within one (1) calendar year at no additional charge - on a
space available basis - for as long as that class is offered on Springhouse’s
schedule. If the courseware has been updated, the student will be required to
purchase the latest courseware. The student will need to register as a free
retake and will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Cancellations by Springhouse
Springhouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training events
due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond its
control. In the unlikely event a class is cancelled, Springhouse will notify
registrants as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options, refunds, or
credit toward future training event.
